Receptionist/Service Call Dispatcher

Work Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, no holidays or weekends.


This position reports to the office manager.


Daily duties include, but not limited to, answering phone calls/voicemails, answering emails, greeting customers, scheduling service calls, service call triage, service call route creating, and on occasion parts ordering/checking in.


Positive attitude required. Proficiency in organization, being on time and reliable, computer usage and phone soft skills/customer service required. Ability to effectively communicate and successfully handle challenging tasks.


Related reception/office work experience preferred. Experience working with customers on the phone and in person preferred. 


We will provide the right candidate the necessary on the job training for work in the office. Specific job training will include, but is not limited to:


  1. Training on company service software.
  2. Daily operations protocol and execution procedures.
  3. Route styling and creation.
  4. Service call creation and closure.
  5. Inventory Management.
  6. Parts Management/Distribution.


*Benefits offered are: Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Accrued after 90-day probationary period ends.
