A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return - 30 Days after the sale with original receipt and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• State of return - Must be in original unopened packaging.
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return - If you need to make a return, call us at 715-635-8860, email us at service@jordanrepair.com, or stop in the office.
• Process of refund - Will be returned in the original payment method used for purchase. If purchased with a debit or credit card, the 3% fee will not be refunded.
