In-Home Appliance Technician will be responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of Customer's Appliances in their home and from time to time in our repair shop here in Trego, WI. We service all major brands as well as provide In-Warranty service to many of today's top manufacturers.

A successful candidate will be provided a late model service vehicle equipped with GPS, on board IPAD with WIFI/Internet, computerized dispatch and job ticket system, complete truck stock parts inventory with top failed parts stocked, and specialized tools for completing repairs (refrigeration recovery unit, vacuum pump, gauges, etc). It will be the responsibility of the technician to provide his or her own primary hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.

The technician position will be home dispatched (you start and end your day from your home with the service vehicle). This could be subject to change in the future depending on the home location of the technician.

We provide service times to our customers in the morning (8-12pm) and afternoon (12-5pm) Monday through Friday.

A successful candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, a 608 Universal Refrigeration Technician Certification (or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire) and have graduated successfully from an approved Appliance Repair Trade School/Academy course or in lieu of School/Academy, possess at LEAST 3 years of related in field experience. Positive and friendly attitude is a must.

Jordan Repair Service, LLC. will provide continuing education and product training as needed throughout the year, and will provide the technician with a "SMART TOOLBOX" of diagnostic and troubleshooting resources and Technical Assistance support avenues as well.

All candidates for employment at Jordan Repair Service, LLC. must undergo a drug/background/driving screening and successfully pass prior to employment.

Pay is hourly and based on experience and qualifications of the candidate at the time or hire.
