One of the key components of warranty service is entitlement verification (we need to make sure the product we service matches the product you were sold) and that the date it was sold and delivered to you falls within the manufacturer's covered warranty

One of the key components of warranty service is entitlement verification (we need to make sure the product we service matches the product you were sold) and that the date it was sold and delivered to you falls within the manufacturer's covered warranty time period. Often times, the manufacturer may even require us to upload a copy of the owner's proof of purchase (your receipt from when you bought it). It will need to clearly show the date of the transaction (or the date of the product delivery) and a clear description identifying the merchandise.
We offer several options to provide this. Email or mail, texting to our office cell phone with a clear picture, or uploading the file here. Due to manufacturer's policies, we are no longer able to wait until the date of service to verify warranty entitlement and will require all warranty service calls to have uploaded their proof of purch

Due to manufacturer's policies, we are no longer able to wait until the date of service to verify warranty entitlement and will require all warranty service calls to have uploaded their proof of purchase no less than 24 hours prior to the service call or 1 business day before if the call follows a weekend or holiday. Once we receive this it remains on file for the life of that appliance in the event you ever need to have repeated service calls.
If you are unable to obtain and provide the proof of purchase prior to the service call date/time, the manufacturer will not be able to process your claim and you will be responsible to pay for the entire cost of the service call (all labor, tax, and parts (if needed)).
